Founded in 1996, our reputation as architects has been built on providing bespoke houses for the rural landscape, offering an alternative to the suburbia-inspired kit house. By combining modern ideas and technology, with a respect for the past, we offer architect-designed solutions which complement our natural and built environments.

From our base on the Isle of Skye, Dualchas is involved in a variety of projects across Scotland, England, Ireland, and further afield. Our work includes public and private housing developments as well as retail and leisure projects.
