| Dualchas Building Design have teamed up with the housing super-practice HTA for a competition to design a new town at Whitecross near Linlithgow. The development, which has a masterplan for 1500 houses, a school, supermarket and businesses, is part of the Government's Scottish Sustainable Community Initiative. The bid by HTA with Dualchas will be exhibited at the Lighthouse in Glasgow with the winner from the five shortlisted practices announced in October. |
