Dualchas Building Design

Dualchas is all set to deliver a mixed housing development of 31 dwellings near Loch Fyne, Argyll. Dualchas has worked closely with the local authorities and client, from sketch scheme through to planning application, to design a low-cost, mixed material, sustainable scheme. A minimum-impact strategy, to protect this beautiful coastal site, has been key to the development of this project.
