In a witty but damning article on ScottishArchitecture.com architect and Dualchas Building Design partner Neil Stephen has levelled criticism at Clydeside Development. In the latest of the monthly blogs he writes for the website designed and run by The Lighthouse (Scotland’s centre for Architecture, Design and the City) Neil challenges architects to raise their game - something, he believes, that will require not just traditional architectural skills but also political leadership. The blog has prompted a stinging rebuke from Alan Dunlop of Glasgow architects, Murray and Dunlop, who have designed many of the new waterfront buildings on the Clyde.
