The work of Dualchas Building design has been featured in a paper published by the world famous University of California Berkeley.  In an essay in the periodical TDSR, Dr Daniel Maudlin places the distinctive house designs of the Skye practice within the context of thousands of years of architectural history in the Highlands.

Read more...Three hardy Skye architects battled through stormy weather on Saturday to raise money for Raasay Village Hall.

Mary-Arnold Forster, Neil Stephen and Lara Hinde from Dualchas Building Design ran 4 miles up Beinn na h-Iolaire at the north tip of Rassay, kayaked the length of Eilean Fladda, before cycling the 8 miles back from Arnish to the hall.
