Dualchas has developed good working relationships with planning departments. A mutual respect means that sympathetic design can solve many of the issues that can arise during this process.

Dualchas is also expert in the latest Planning Advice Notices (PAN) which guide planning policy throughout Scotland. The guidelines often contradict out-of-date design guides at council level. However, through dialogue with officials in the Roads and Planning Departments, Dualchas will often find a solution that all stakeholders are happy with, especially the client.
