Dualchas was appointed to design a masterplan for affordable housing, a new primary school, and a community sports pitch, together with a new access road and associated infrastructure.

This design involved early engagement with the community, ensuring that the design would be seen as a natural extension of the existing community. The masterplan looks to encourage social engagement, with safe streets, communal meeting spaces and generous gardens.
