Dualchas is experienced in undertaking a wide range of feasibility studies.

This work can be crucial to determining the viability of a project, and will involve consultation with planning, roads and service providers. Investigation into ground conditions, sewerage and water solutions, are combined with photographic and desktop surveys of the site. Dualchas works with other specialist consultants where required, producing information on the most cost efficient and appropriate ways of developing a site or building. As a result, our clients are armed with the knowledge that they can plan ahead with confidence.

Some clients may be looking for a sketch scheme to be developed and costed before they commit to buying land or property. Whatever the scope of the feasibility, please speak to our architects at Dualchas, and we can prepare a fixed cost for you for carrying out this work.
